Lilit Abramova began their work experience in 2014 as a Teller at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC. Lilit then moved on to become a Loan Specialist / Deposit Specialist at Byblos Bank Group from February 2016 to February 2017. In 2018, Lilit joined Ameriabank CJSC as a Teller Customer Service and later advanced to become a Specialist at the credits and card operations and accounting division. Currently, they hold the role of Senior specialist at the same division, starting from August 2023.

Lilit Abramova received their Master's degree from the Armenian State University of Economics between 2008 and 2014. Lilit specialized in the field of Analyse and management of security market.
