Mostafa Hussein has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Mostafa started their career as a Junior Trainer and HR Coordinator at Wasla Outsourcing in 2013, where they were responsible for creating training materials and scripts for customer service agents. Mostafa then worked as a Human Resources Specialist at GoodsMart, where they supported various HR functions and handled personnel activities related to labor office and social insurance.
In 2016, Mostafa joined beIN MEDIA GROUP as a Senior OD and Training Specialist, where they created and updated organization charts, conducted job analysis, and participated in the performance management process. Mostafa then moved on to MINISO Life Style Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Supervisor, where they created organization structures, conducted job analysis, and analyzed job evaluations and classifications.
Most recently, Mostafa worked as an OD and Training Manager at Huawei, where they applied adult learning and performance expertise to assess work performance issues, conducted training courses, and drove departmental performance through coaching and target management. Mostafa is currently working as the Human Resources Section Head at Shiny White Dental Centers - Dr. Shady Ali Hussein, where they are responsible for designing and delivering organizational structure and policies, overseeing job analysis, and developing job descriptions and competencies frameworks.
Mostafa Hussein attended Helwan University Cairo, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of human resources. These certifications include the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from HRCI, Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), HR Business Partner from HRCI, Human Resource Management Certification from Edmore University LLC, People Success and Employee Assessments from NASBA, Performance Management: Improving Employee Performance from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®), Strategic Workforce Planning from SHRM®, and Talent Management from the Project Management Institute.
