Lisa Monte Carlo is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Lakeview Dental Care since July 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Director of HR for Health & Personal Care at Essentra from 2011 to 2022, where responsibilities included directing HR functions across multiple locations and leading a comprehensive HR team. Prior to that, Lisa managed HR functions at Parkeon and Schlumberger Technologies, contributing to business planning and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lisa holds certifications in HR, including SHRM-CP and PHR, obtained between 2009 and 2018.
