James W. Mosher is an experienced security and law enforcement professional with a background in executive protection and risk management. Currently serving as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians, James has held various leadership positions in security across multiple organizations, including Intel Corporation and Theranos. Notable roles include Program Manager at PINKERTON, where direction was provided to armed covert security teams, and Executive Protection Manager at Theranos, responsible for protective security policies for senior executives. James has also served in training and supervisory capacities, including as a Lead Firearms Instructor at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services and Force Protection Manager at Security Management Group. A strong educational foundation includes a Certificate in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care from Las Positas College and training from multiple law enforcement and public safety institutions.
