Johnson Binkam is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare compliance and project management. Currently serving as the DOL OWCP Implementation and Compliance Manager at Acentra Health since February 2019, Binkam oversees the medical bill processing operations for the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs under the Department of Labor. Prior to this role, Binkam accumulated extensive experience at CNSI, where responsibilities included acting as HHS Conversion Director and HHS Conversion Manager, focusing on migrating legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) systems to meet the certification requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Binkam also served as a Project Manager at the Maryland State Retirement Agency, managing the maintenance of the pension system and establishing testing procedures. Binkam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed from 1985 to 1989.
