Darryel Nieves currently serves as the Manager of Patient Services at Shields Health Solutions, providing leadership and support for specialty pharmacy and medication adherence initiatives since September 2021. Prior experience includes a managerial role in retail and pharmacy operations at Walgreens, overseeing day-to-day functions and a diverse team of 60 professionals, and previously serving as an Assistant Manager where customer satisfaction was prioritized across multiple locations. Darryel began a career in pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and also contributed to research as a Student Researcher at Kean University, where a degree was earned from 2009 to 2013.
