John Serafini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at HawkEye 360 since September 2015, Serafini oversees the development of a satellite constellation for global wireless signal detection and data analytics. In addition, Serafini is a Venture Partner at Shield Capital, focusing on early-stage dual-use technology investments. Previous roles include CEO and Board Member at Percipient Networks, General Manager and Board Member at both Whitewood Encryption Systems and Foreland Technologies, and various board positions at Federated Wireless, Optio Labs, and BridgeSat. John Serafini's educational background includes an MBA and MPA from Harvard and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
