Laura Carter has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR for the UK and Ireland at Sherwin-Williams since October 2017. Prior to this role, Laura worked at QinetiQ from January 2012 to July 2017, holding positions including HR Business Partner, where focus was on delivering value-added HR across multiple business units, as well as Group Reward and Global Mobility Consultant and HR Advisor. Laura's career began at Farnborough College of Technology, where the role of HR Advisor was held from August 2004 to January 2012. Laura holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Surrey.
