Cathy Walker is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Arkema since March 2022, Cathy previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at NewRez LLC, overseeing HR operations for over 5,000 employees. Prior to NewRez, Cathy was AVP of Human Resources Business Partner at Ditech Holding Corporation, managing HR functions for 7,500 employees. Additional experience includes positions at Vencore Inc. as Human Capital Solutions Business Partner, and roles as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at Core Care Systems Inc. and PointRoll, as well as HR Manager at Chrysler Financial and various HR roles at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and Sears Logistics Services. Cathy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration and Risk Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
