Jaclyn Zigich has a diverse work experience history. Jaclyn began their career as an Intern at Shepherd Insurance in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Marketing Experience and Skills professional for an undisclosed company. Jaclyn later joined FCCI Insurance Group, where they served as an Intern in 2017 and worked as an Underwriting Technician Trainee from June 2018 to March 2019. Jaclyn then transitioned to the role of Underwriting Technician until June 2021. In July 2021, Jaclyn joined Al Purmort, a Shepherd Insurance Partner, as a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator and eventually became a Commercial Lines Account Manager from October 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are working as an Account Executive at Shepherd Insurance starting from May 2022. Additionally, Jaclyn gained experience as an Umpire at CARMEL DADS CLUB INC from May 2014 to July 2016.

Jaclyn Zigich completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing/Sales at the University of Dayton from 2014 to 2018.
