Dawn Bryant-Smith, CIC, CISR, IACSR, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dawn began their career as a Clerk at Lumbermen's Underwriting Alliance (LUA) in 1991 and then went on to work as an Executive Assistant at Delta Faucet Company from 1993 to 1999. Dawn then spent five years as a Commercial Service Agent at City Securities Corporation before joining Shepherd Insurance LLC in 2014 as a Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager. Dawn later obtained the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in July 2017. In May 2002, they became an Insurance Agent, specializing in Property & Casualty, after receiving certification from the State of Indiana.
