Regina Jeffries, FPC, is an experienced Account Manager at Shepeard Community Blood Center since May 2023. Prior to this role, Regina worked at ADP as part of the Client Services - SBS National Chat Team from May 2021 to May 2023, excelling in a highly productive and engaging chat/text communication environment as a certified payroll processor. Regina's career also includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Georgia-Carolina, BSA from November 2014 to January 2021, where strong interpersonal and communication skills were utilized to enhance executive productivity and business operations. Earlier experience includes the role of Client Service Professional at H&R Block from January 2012 to April 2014.
