Maciej Biernat is an accomplished Design Manager at Shell since April 2019, overseeing a diverse internal design team of over 180 professionals across multiple design disciplines and managing a portfolio of over 100 international projects. Prior to this role, Maciej served as a Principal Designer, leading strategic innovation initiatives for Shell Retail, and held various design leadership positions at companies such as Reed Exhibitions, Lloyds Banking Group, and HSBC. Maciej possesses extensive experience in UX and UI design, having contributed to numerous high-revenue projects and digital transformations across various sectors. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Computer Science (Graphics and Multimedia) and Production Management from Cracow University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science focused on Informatics Web Systems.
