Karan Vij is a seasoned User Experience professional with extensive experience in leading and managing UX projects across various organizations. Currently serving as User Experience Lead at eQ Technologic since June 2021, Karan previously held prominent positions including User Experience Manager at Dassault Systèmes and UX Designer roles at companies such as Tata Motors and YUJ Designs. Karan’s expertise encompasses experience design, cognitive psychology, behavioral design, and information architecture, with notable contributions as an onsite UX consultant for AMDOCS and QUICKHEAL. Early career experience includes design roles at Bosch India and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Karan holds a Master's in Industrial Design with a focus on User Experience Design from Rubika and a Bachelor's in Automobile Engineering from SRM University.
