Franco Perez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and geophysics. Currently serving as Head of Operations for the Mexico Desk at Novum Energy since April 2017, Franco oversees all aspects of the company's Mexico business, managing a team of over 10 employees and ensuring compliance with regulations in fuel importation. Previous roles at Novum Energy include Marine Operator and Operations Analyst, contributing to the delivery of refined oil products in Latin America and the Caribbean. Earlier experience includes a Senior Analyst position at Penhall Technologies, focusing on geophysical data analysis to mitigate client risk, and as a Field Geophysicist at Radarview, developing environmental project plans. Franco began a career in insurance as a Senior Claims Specialist at Progressive Insurance, where extensive customer service and compliance skills were honed. Franco holds a Postgraduate Degree in Geology & Geophysics from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Stephen F. Austin State University.
