Roy Clingman

Chief Business Development Officer at Servato

Roy Clingman is responsible for strategic business development, channel partnerships and has primary responsibility for Tier 1 strategic accounts. Roy has over 35 years’ experience selling network power infrastructure into telecom and cable markets. Prior to joining Servato, he was with Vertiv, a global leader in network power infrastructure, formerly known as Emerson Network Power, Marconi and RELTEC. At Vertiv, Roy had early assignments in Product Line Management, and Marketing Management, before moving into Sales Management. There he served in multiple assignments as VP of Sales for the AT&T team, also led the N. American OEM Team, and ultimately served as VP of General Markets Telecom Sales. In that role he had responsibility for Vertiv’s US business with Tier 2 and 3 Carriers and MSO’s, as well as developed and managed channel partnerships with resellers, VARs and distributors into the telecom space. Roy has a BS in Operations Management from Northern Illinois Univ, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
