Shannon Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They started their career as a Deputy Sheriff Detention Officer at Bexar County Sheriff Office in 2013 and worked until 2015. Following this, they transitioned into the education field as a Special Education Teacher at an unspecified institution in 2014. In 2017, they became the Head Volleyball Coach at Houston ISD and held the position until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, Shannon took on various roles in the volleyball club industry, including being the Director of Houston Cobras Volleyball Club and the Owner of Houston Hurricanes Volleyball Club. They also served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Aldine ISD until 2023. Currently, Shannon is working as the Head Volleyball Coach at Sheldon ISD starting in 2023.
Shannon Harrison began their educational journey at Prairie View A&M University in 2004. Shannon pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and successfully completed it in 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Shannon continued their education at Prairie View A&M University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Juvenile Forensic Psychology from 2008 to 2010.
