Chloe Lucas is an experienced mental health professional serving as the Owner of Grow Mind Mental Health since January 2022, providing psychotherapy through traditional talk therapy and innovative methodologies. Currently functioning as a Mental Health Clinician II at the Shasta County Office of Education and previously as a Mental Health Clinician at the Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency, Chloe has extensive experience in individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and program development, including innovative approaches in juvenile corrections. Prior roles include Mental Health Clinician at VICTOR TREATMENT CENTERS, INC., and Therapeutic Behavior Services Coach at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, where Chloe established programs and ensured compliance with state documentation standards. Chloe holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Brain & Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester.
