Charles Krafft, RAA, currently serves as the Athletic Director at Clay-Battelle High School since July 2022 and has been a Social Studies Teacher with Monongalia County Schools since February 2019. Previously, Charles held multiple substitute teaching roles with various boards of education and worked as a Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Charles has experienced the insurance sector as an Insurance Account Representative for Shannon Reed State Farm and as a Licensed Insurance Advisor/Branch Manager for Freedom Insurance Group. In healthcare, Charles was a Centralized Scheduler at WVU Medicine. Charles is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration at Fairmont State University and has completed a Master of Arts in Secondary Education at Mississippi State University, along with an Associate's degree from Pierpont Community and Technical College and a high school diploma from Lewis County High School.
