Kathleen Sherwin serves as the Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer at Plan International, joining in January 2023 and overseeing global external functions, including strategy, communications, and partnerships, while representing the organization externally. Sherwin is also actively engaged in multiple leadership roles, including Champion at SheDecides and the World Economic Forum's Women Health's Initiative, as well as board memberships for PMNCH, Generation Unlimited, Our Future Agenda, the International Civil Society Centre, and the Adolescent Girls Investment Plan. With an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, Sherwin enhances their expertise with advanced training in negotiation from Harvard University.
