Naila Barrett is an experienced social media manager currently leading the social strategy at Shakespeare's Globe since May 2023. Previously, Naila managed social media for The Game Show UK at Good Time Gals from August 2022 to March 2024. Naila's career also includes significant roles at the National Youth Theatre, where responsibilities spanned from Membership & Digital Communications Coordinator to assisting in various projects and providing support for young participants. Additionally, Naila has engaged in projects with Sound and Music, contributing to campaigns for Black History Month and International Women’s Day. With a strong background in creative writing, Naila has also been a columnist for CUB Magazine and hosted a radio show, while education includes a degree in English with Creative Writing from Queen Mary University of London.
