Tyler Mottern currently serves as a Business Development Manager at The IT Company LLC since June 2023 and holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Shafer Technology Solutions Inc. since July 2020. In addition, Tyler has been a Sales Manager at Madison since 2017 and a Senior Product Manager at Heartland Payment Systems since May 2016, focusing on Information Technology systems. Prior experience includes working as an Associate District Manager at ADP from May 2014 to May 2016, assisting small businesses with payroll and compliance in the Knoxville area, and serving as a Promotions Assistant at Cumulus Media from August 2012 to April 2014. Tyler is an alumnus of Queens University of Charlotte.
