Joey Rockhold has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joey most recently worked at ShadowDragon as a Senior DevOps Engineer starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they spent seven years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a Senior Software Engineer. Joey has also worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as a Java Developer, BIRT Developer, and QA Tester, where they were involved in updating systems to comply with new federal healthcare laws. Before that, they worked at JB Hunt as a Java/COBOL Developer, focusing on program conversion and database changes. Joey also has experience at Walmart, where they held positions as a Programmer Analyst and an Advanced Programmer, primarily working with Java, Unix, and Mainframe DB2 databases. Joey began their career at Midwest Data, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst, providing programming services for small rural telephone companies.

Joey Rockhold pursued their education from 1997 to 1999 at Des Moines Area Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Programming.
