Chong Lek Foong has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1996 with Procter & Gamble as a Technology Leader specializing in liquids process technology. After leaving Procter & Gamble in 2001, they worked at various companies including Springboard-Harper Investment Pte Ltd as an Investment Officer, managing a growing portfolio of companies. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at RHB Private Equity Holdings as a Senior Manager, involved in various aspects of private equity investments. In 2010, they joined SGX Group as an Associate Director and later progressed to the role of Director of Equity Capital Markets, where they originated new equity listings and developed investor education programs.
