Flor Sequeira has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Flor began as a Lawyer Assistant at Centro de Derechos Constitucionales, where they coordinated workshops and projects focused on women's rights and prepared law projects related to family issues. Flor then went on to work as a PA/Office Manager at the Embassy of Nicaragua, where they were responsible for managing the Ambassador's agenda, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as organizing social and cultural events. In 2012, they joined FLSmidth, initially working as a PA/Commissioning Coordinator and later as a PA to the Sales Director. In these roles, they handled various tasks such as managing agendas and correspondence, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and following up on agreements. In 2020, they transitioned to KVH Industries, Inc. as a Field Service Coordinator, responsible for coordinating field services. Flor'smost recent position is as a People and Business Support Manager at Omada, which they started in 2022.
Flor Sequeira obtained a Master's degree in Law from Universida Centroamericana, Managua, during the period of 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in International Human Rights from Lund University from 1999 to 2001.
