Christine Jones serves as a Career Advisor at SF Bay Goodwill, focusing on preparing marginalized and under-resourced individuals for gainful employment through resume creation, interview practice, and skill development. In addition, Christine is an Advisory Council Member for the "Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times" Certificate Program at California State University - East Bay. As the former Manager of Outreach & Recruitment at JobTrain, Christine successfully increased program interest and enrollments through strategic outreach initiatives and process improvement. Previous roles include Workforce Development Consultant at CAST, where research and training materials were developed, and a consultant at Previon, focusing on market positioning. Christine’s extensive experience includes more than a decade at Benetech, where significant membership growth was achieved through stakeholder engagement and effective program management. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
