Shaikh Hasibul Karim has extensive experience in information systems management, currently serving as the Director of Information System Management at Friendship NGO since September 2023, after previously holding the position of Deputy Director and Head of Information System Management. Prior to this role, Hasibul spent over 22 years at BAT, where responsibilities included Head of DBS Services and Head of Information and Digital Technology for Bangladesh, focusing on IT departmental alignment with global strategies and business process transformation. Earlier career roles included Senior Executive IT and Billing at Citycell and Service Engineer at IBM, showcasing a strong background in IT services and support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, complemented by an H.S.C. in Science from Dhaka College and an S.S.C. in Science from Willes Little Flower School Dhaka.
