Senior Program Associate at Children and Family Futures

Tessa Richter, LCSW, serves as a Senior Program Associate at Children and Family Futures since August 2017, providing training and technical assistance to agencies working with families affected by substance use disorders. Tessa has managed programs for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, responded to numerous TTA requests, and contributed to national conferences and publications. Prior experience includes roles as a Problem Solving Court Coordinator in Colorado, Lead Caseworker for Jefferson County, and social work intern at Denver Public Schools. Tessa holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
