Teona Maisuradze, PhD, SPHRi™, is an experienced professional in human resources and academia, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Şişecam since June 2021, while also holding the position of Associate Professor at Georgian National University SEU since February 2021 and Invited Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University since September 2021. Teona began a consultancy role at LTD BAO in December 2014 and has previously held various human resources positions at organizations such as CCT Chemicals coating trading, RETCO, and Geosteel LLC. Teona's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Tbilisi State University, alongside an MBA with honors and two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration.
