Donna Lee Fields has extensive experience in education and teacher training, serving as an Advisory Board Member for HundrEDorg since January 2020, where innovations from global educators are evaluated. Fields is currently a Professor at Universidad de Jaén, teaching Master students in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). Additionally, Fields collaborates with Oxford University Press as a Teacher-Trainer and Author, focusing on enhancing teaching practices. Since 2005, Fields has been a Teacher-Trainer at Richmond ELT Spain, providing educators with dynamic resources and best practices. Other roles include Teacher-Trainer and Blog Writer for Santillana, Speaker/Teacher-Trainer for York Press Limited, and Formadora for Programa BEDA. Fields previously served as a University Professor and Teacher-Trainer at Florida International University.
