Andy Quah is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in support management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Support at ServiceRocket since November 2016, Andy has successfully established new teams, enhanced performance across multiple support accounts, and led significant training and development programs. Prior to this, Andy held various roles at Intel Corporation, including Supply Chain Service Desk Manager, where management of global support teams and collaboration with business stakeholders was key. Andy's educational background includes an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both obtained from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
