Todd W Davis is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background spanning multiple companies in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Researcher for Executive Search at ServiceNow since August 2021, Todd has previously held positions at Salesforce as a Sourcing Advisor for Executive Recruiting and at Indeed.com as a Senior Sourcer focused on Talent Attraction for Leadership. Additional experience includes founding The Candidate Generator, a project dedicated to online training, and working for notable companies such as Apple, Amazon, and ADP in various recruiting roles. Todd's career began with ownership of Perpetual Sourcing LLC, a staffing consulting and technology firm, followed by roles at Volt Information Science and Madrona Venture Group. Todd holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Reinhardt University.
