Ratish Menon currently serves as the National Head for BFSI at ServiceNow since February 2024, overseeing business growth in this sector. Previously, Ratish held significant roles at Salesforce as Regional Vice President and Regional Sales Director for BFSI in India from February 2019, responsible for business expansion across various portfolios. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Oracle from September 2015 to February 2019, focusing on customer experience solutions and sales growth. Early in Ratish's career, roles included Regional Sales Manager at Teradata and SAP, and Territory Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed key account management and technology license revenue generation. Ratish holds a B Tech degree from NSS College of Engineering and completed education at Don Bosco School.
