Jesse Livingston serves as the Experience Strategy & Presentation Lead at Velir, focusing on narrative design, workflow mapping, and audience research to enhance web experiences. As the Founder of The Bifrost, Jesse develops interactive storytelling workshops that help teams uncover their talents and create engaging narratives aligned with their missions. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Product Researcher at Netflix, where audience research informed customer service improvements, and at LinkedIn, where Jesse led audience research and designed an insights database for UX teams. Additional experience in experience design spans various industries, with contributions at Think Company, Haystack Informatics, and a series of orchestral conducting positions. Jesse holds a Master’s degree in Conducting from Ithaca College and a Bachelor’s degree in Trumpet Performance and Eurhthmics from Oberlin College.
