Prashant Arivelu is a seasoned industry leader at Pegasystems, specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services, with a focus on client success in the Americas. Since joining Pegasystems in August 2011, Prashant has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Delivery Director and Delivery Director, where responsibilities have included managing delivery teams and spearheading the development of customer-centric products in the Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domains. Prior to Pegasystems, Prashant served as a Lead System Architect and Solutions Architect at Progressive Insurance. Prashant holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
