Christy Rounds is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in leading research teams and driving product design direction. Currently serving as Director of UX Research at ServiceNow since October 2017, Christy has advanced from Senior Manager to UX Research Manager, overseeing qualitative and quantitative research efforts, developing high-performing teams, and nurturing cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior UX Strategist at Telepathy, where Christy managed strategic website UX projects, and as Manager of Strategy & Project Management at LeaseLabs®, overseeing operations for a client services department. Christy holds a first-class BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Leeds and a Professional Certificate in Marketing from UC San Diego.
