Thomas Smith has extensive experience in IT management and telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of Telecommunications and IT Support at Service Corporation International since November 1999. Smith oversees a team of over 65 technicians supporting approximately 26,000 users across 2,100 locations and manages a substantial telecommunications system with around 30,000 lines and data circuits. Previous roles include Manager of IT Support, Senior Manager of Outsourcing Management Office, and Manager of Client Services. Additionally, Thomas Smith is the Director and CIO of What a Find antique resale shop and has held leadership positions in youth sports organizations. Smith's career began in the US Army, where Thomas worked as a Network Manager and NBC NCO.
