Stanislas Bialecki serves as the CIO and DSI at Babilou France since January 2021, overseeing all digital teams including ERP, Finance, CRM, WEB, HR, BI, Support, and Training, while also being a member of the COMEX. Prior to this role, Stanislas was responsible for the ERP and Operations for Babilou Family in 2020, leading a team across critical operational domains. Their earlier experience includes significant project leadership and operational management roles at Editions Lefebvre Sarrut, Téménis Conseil, Wolters Kluwer, Isobar, and FORSUP, with an emphasis on strategic initiatives and cross-functional team management. Stanislas holds an engineering degree from EPITECH and has pursued further education in management and agile methodologies from esteemed institutions including ESSEC Business School and CSP.
