Sandra Freitas has over 20 years of experience in credit management and collections, currently serving as the Head of Collections at SERVDEBT GROUP since April 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the outsourcing team. Previous roles include credit recovery manager at Altamira Asset Management and credit recovery positions at Oitante SA and Banco Internacional do Funchal, S.A. - Banif, where Sandra managed overdue credit analysis for large companies, SMEs, and individuals, negotiated pre-execution processes, and directed commercial management for a portfolio exceeding €50 million in credit. Sandra holds a degree from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and completed further education at Socius/ISEG-Ulisboa in 2019.
