Preston Bates, CBCP, MCP, is an experienced emergency preparedness and business continuity professional with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Manager at Hillwood since April 2022, Preston has previously held positions such as Senior Business Continuity Analyst at National General Insurance and Senior Business Continuity Consultant at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Preston's military background includes over 22 years of service as a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard. Additional experience encompasses roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana as a Business Continuity Analyst, as well as an All Hazards Planner for the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
