Stephen Day currently serves as the Senior Manager of Retail Program Development at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, a role held since November 2015, overseeing the development and maintenance of mattress-specific retail programs, including contract negotiations and marketing strategies. Previously, Stephen was the Senior Manager of Customer Operations at McQueen Station Farm Cooperative from February 2017 to March 2020 and served as Treasurer on its Board of Directors, contributing to the cooperative's mission of sustainable food distribution. Additionally, Stephen held various positions at Serta from February 2002 to October 2015, eventually becoming America's Mattress Dealer Support Manager. Stephen also served as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Elgin from June 2011 to May 2017. Educational background includes a degree from Cornell College, completed in 1997.
