John Lemar is a seasoned professional in engineering and maintenance with extensive experience in both private industry and military service. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Engineering Maintenance at Seres Therapeutics since July 2023, John previously held the position of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Takeda from October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Reliability Supervisor at Georgia-Pacific LLC and various supervisory and planning positions at Covanta. John's foundational experience was established in the US Navy, where significant responsibilities included supporting nuclear maintenance for the northeast submarine fleet, participating in Operation Tomadachi during the Fukushima disaster, and operating nuclear reactor systems. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology with a concentration in Nuclear Engineering Energy Technology from Thomas Edison State University, complemented by numerous specialized technical training qualifications.
