Cecile Taillebois has over 20 years of work experience in the fields of personal care and chemistry. Cecile began their career as a student at Rhodia Chimie in 2000 and worked there until 2002. After that, they joined Parfums Christian Dior as an apprentice formulatrice développement soins from 2002 to 2004. Following this, Cecile worked at ISP as a chemist where they focused on the valorisation of hair care products and also collaborated with salespeople to visit customers. In 2006, they joined SEPPIC as a team leader, overseeing a team of three chemists responsible for developing and valorising new active ingredients. Cecile also developed formulation prototypes to showcase the performance of the product range. In 2009, Cecile transitioned to the role of Personal Care application lab manager at SEPPIC, where they currently work.
Cecile Taillebois received their Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemistry from ENCPB, which they pursued from 1998 to 2000. Cecile then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences from ISIPCA, completing their studies from 2000 to 2003.
