Sandra Rimbot currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SEPHORA, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Sandra spent nearly a decade at LVMH, where key roles included Global Head of Talent and European Human Resources Director, overseeing talent management across 75 brands in 75 countries, and managing HR for 18 brands across 52 countries, respectively. Sandra's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin and Krug from 2003 to 2010, focusing on industrial sites and brand management, and various HR roles at Disneyland Paris from 1991 to 2003, starting from the resort's opening.
