Shohel Talukdar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Head at Aakash Life since February 2024. Prior to this role, Talukdar held the position of AVP, Lead - OD & Culture at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance from May 2021 to February 2024, where efforts were concentrated on fostering an inclusive organizational culture. Talukdar's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Reliance Industries Limited, where impactful HR initiatives were implemented on a large scale, such as workforce planning and change management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Talukdar began the career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited and has also interned at Bharti Axa General Insurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
