Rebecca Boersma is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Executive Recruiting and Americas Technical Recruiting at SentinelOne since December 2022, where the focus is on building the in-house executive recruiting function. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of Senior Manager for Global Executive Recruiting at SurveyMonkey, contributing to the establishment of its first executive recruiting team, and advanced to a Team Lead role there. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Box, where Rebecca managed internal executive searches, and as a Senior Associate at H.I. Executive Consulting, leading full life-cycle recruiting for senior executive roles. Initial professional experience includes an Operations Associate position at The Stevenson Group and a Community Manager role at MoviePass. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Florida and graduated summa cum laude from Spruce Creek High School with an International Baccalaureate diploma.
