Kristin Leonardi, PHR, CDR, serves as the Senior Talent Manager and People Business Partner at Deepwatch since May 2024, overseeing talent management and recruitment strategy, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Kristin was the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Fermilab, managing recruitment for corporate, technical, and scientific roles while leading a high-performing team. Previous experience includes significant roles at Deepwatch as Senior Manager and Principal Corporate Recruiter, and as Recruitment Director at RPartners and IT Associates, specializing in full lifecycle recruiting for IT professionals. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
