John Burns is currently the Director of Implementation and Support Services at Sentact. Prior to this, John worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Ivalua and held the role of Customer Support & QA at Directworks. John graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History.
