Vaibhav Bhatnagar is an experienced technical support and project management professional with a robust background in information technology. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support Services at Punchh since August 2021, Vaibhav has previously held significant roles at Exxat as a Senior Project Manager and Product Support Manager from May 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Paul Mason Consulting and Convergys, where Vaibhav functioned as a Team Lead from February 2013 to May 2018 and from August 2008 to January 2013, respectively. Vaibhav holds a B.Sc in Information Technology from K.S School of Business Management and a Master's in IT from an institution in Jaipur.
