Florence Gressier has extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as a CE2 teacher at School Pasteur Lille since July 2018 while also holding the position of Program Manager EMEA Food at Sensitech since February 2015. In this role, Florence develops business solutions through an in-depth understanding of customer needs, leveraging cold chain expertise, data analysis, and strategic training. Prior experience includes serving as QES Director at Mylord', where Florence led business process reengineering with a focus on sustainability, and as Technical and Assurance Quality Manager, responsible for implementing quality assurance systems and standardizing processes. Florence possesses a Master's degree in Agribusiness with a focus on Post Harvest Horticulture from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, complemented by a Master Executive Management in QSE & Sustainable Development from Mines Paris - PSL.
